These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website and to any appointments booked online. By booking an appointment with Hyperion Aesthetics, you agree to the terms below.

Who we are
Hyperion Aesthetics is the trading name of KES Group Ltd (Company No. 16138234). Our clinic is located at 19 Great Ormond Street, London, WC1N 3JB.

Bookings
Appointments are booked online through our booking provider, Timely. You must provide accurate contact details so we can confirm your appointment. All new clients are required to have a consultation and patch test before treatment can begin.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee or loss of deposit (if paid).

Refunds
Consultation fees and single treatment sessions are non-refundable once the service has been provided. Pre-paid treatment packages are non-refundable once the first session has been taken. Any unused sessions may be carried forward or credited in line with the circumstances discussed with the clinic.

Results Disclaimer
Results from laser tattoo removal vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, tattoo age, colours, and ink depth. No guarantee can be given regarding the number of sessions required for complete removal.

Liability
All treatments are subject to a consultation and patch test to confirm suitability. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from information provided on our website.

Payments
Payments are processed securely through our booking system or in clinic. Prices are subject to change but will always be confirmed before you book.
